Laurel Monaghan

Montana

Laurel Monaghan is no stranger to the outdoors. Having grown up on her family's sheep farm, in Chester County, Pennsylvania, she gained an appreciation for conservation, farming and agriculture from a young age. Her passion for the outdoors continued to grow as she traveled the country with her family hiking, camping and doing various outdoors activities. It was not till she got to college that her passion for fly fishing started while researching brook trout for her final thesis; and it has only grown from there. It was not until after college in 2012 that she stopped observing friends in the field and purchased her a bow of her own. She now resides in Montana & Pennsylvania as a full time fly fishing guide. Whitetail deer are her main species of choice now a day, but she never misses an opportunity to hunt or be in the wilderness.
