My name is Liz Crast and I am 24 years old. My hometown being in Upstate New York, I grew up thirty minutes from the Canadian border. Being the youngest and only girl in my family, I was destined to be a “tomboy.” We owned a small beef farm with a couple hundred acres of land that my brothers and Dad would occasionally take me deer hunting on. From a very young age I loved being outdoors.

 

Whether is was riding ATV’s, catching frogs, fishing or hunting… I just wanted to be outside. That passion only continued to grow with age. At 20 years old I got married and that’s when my knowledge, passion and drive to hunt became greater. My husband and I own a waterfowl guide service and an outdoor production company, with Bow Life TV featuring Levi and Samantha Morgan being our latest project.


 

I take the majority of the fall to chase mature whitetail and live out my passion. My favorite thing to do is hunt with my bow. I have eight nieces and nephews currently and I’m so excited to share my love for hunting with them. Seeing women growing in the outdoor industry is beautiful and empowering! I hope to encourage others to join us on this amazing journey.
