If you're planning to hunt turkeys this fall, or are lucky enough to still have some spring turkey meat, this is a very easy crock-pot recipe that is great for a quick dinner on the go or for a weekend lunch
Ingredients:
Tortilla
Cheese
Shredded/cubed turkey
Ranch dressing
Lettuce
Bacon
Cook the turkey breast on low for 10 hours in a crockpot, adding just enough water to for some moisture.
Once turkey is cooked, shred the meat. Add ranch dressing to shredded meat. Actual amount depends on how wet you prefer.
Stack the turkey, lettuce, cheese and bacon in a tortilla and roll up into a wrap.
Add other ingredients as desired, such as avocado or tomato.
Enjoy!
