3 cups shredded turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cans chicken broth
1 cup salsa
1 can Rotel drained
2 TB butter
1 yellow onion
1 can northern beans drained and rinsed
1 package of fajita seasoning mix
2 cups half and half
Melt butter in large stock pot, add chopped onion and turkey, brown slightly
Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, salsa, Rotel, fajita seasoning and beans, simmer slowly for 30 plus minutes
A few minutes before serving add half and half
Serve over Tortilla chips, top with shredded cheese, sour cream and avocado
