6-Ingredient Wild Game and Zucchini Pasta


This recipe is easy, fast, and a one-pot wonder! This recipe is perfect when you are short on ingredients. You can skip step one if you have leftover, pre-cooked ground meat. Any type of pasta works but I would recommend not using spaghetti type noodles.

What You Need

  • 1 lb ground wild game

  • 1 can beef broth

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta

  • 2 cups sliced zucchini

  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese

Get Cooking

Brown ground game meat in skillet and drain excess grease.

Add broth, diced tomatoes, pasta and zucchini to skillet. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.

Cover for additional 5 minutes.

Add parmesan to skillet and serve!

Pour additional parmesan over each serving, if desired.
