Recipe: Venison Philly Cheesesteak Quiche

Whether it's for breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner, quiche is a complete one-dish meal (ok, two since you have to whisk the eggs in a bowl!). It's easy to make, can be customized to your specific likes, and best of all, it tastes delicious.


Ingredients:

  • Pie crust

  • Chopped cooked deer meat

  • Bell peppers

  • Banana peppers

  • Onions

  • Shredded cheese

  • 6-8 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 and bake the empty pie crust for approximately 10 minutes.


Layer in steak, peppers, onions, and cheese. Whisk eggs and milk in a separate dish, then pour into the pie crust.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until eggs are no longer jiggly.
