Cook Time: 1 hour 20 min
Serves: 4-5 people
1 lb. ground Elk meat
1 pkg. of McCormick Chili Spice
10 oz. can of Original Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chilies
12 oz. can of Bush’s Pinto Beans
Brown the Elk meat; drain
Combine all ingredients and mix well in pan
Transfer content to crockpot and add 1 ¼ cups of water
Cook on Medium for about an hour
Serve with cornbread (optional) and Enjoy!
